rutoyarsky. She admitted to being involved in a conspiracy to defraud Medicaid out of around $7 million. A former owner of a home health care company pled guilty in New Jersey federal court Monday to tax evasion and participating in a conspiracy to defraud Medicaid out of about $7 million. She told the court she billed the federal government for services never provided as well as for services provided by unlicensed and unqualified home health care aides. Learn more…
