Sugarman Teaches Trial Lawyers about New Jersey’s Nursing Home Rights Statute
Sugarman Law is proud to announce that Barry R. Sugarman presented a lecture to New Jersey trial attorneys at New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) Meadowlands Seminar. Sugarman provided instruction and practical guidance in “Understanding New Jersey’s Nursing Home Act.”
Sugarman Law focuses on representing the elderly and their families in lawsuits against nursing homes, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities and health care providers who neglect and abuse the elderly.
Asked about the opportunity to speak to other lawyers about this important statute and how it protects the rights of New Jersey’s older citizens Sugarman said: “I am honored to have been selected by my peers to present at this statewide seminar. It will be a great opportunity for me to explain to and teach other attorneys how to best represent the elderly when they are neglected or abused in nursing homes.”
If you or someone you love is being mistreated in a nursing facility, you have rights. Talk with Mr. Sugarman today. He will fight for compensation for your injuries and stop the abuse.
